I bought a selection of 9 different briefs. They are all ok. I bought the same size for all: Medium. I guess that i'm normally shaped down there, and all the other briefs I bought were fine. But this one is a little bit too small. It's ok for me to wear them (in army green and black), they are not troublesome. But it was better to have them just a little bit bigger. The problem is with the part in front that is going between your legs: it was more comforatble to have it a bit wider. Now at least on one side my b*lls are peeping ... (took also a picture from sideways as an example, but not sure if person in control of reviews will pass it through ...)

I usually order smalls but ordered a medium after looking at the sizing guide. 2/3 of the items I bought do not fit. I would not order if you are a man with an average to large downstairs. It squishes everything.
