My waist measures 37" around and in this I bought the size XXL, which fits very nicely. The material is very soft, and feels pretty robuts. The drawstring has nice metan ends on it. The waist sits a little higher on me, and the back on this one is a little bit cheeky. Even though it doesn't have an ergonomic pouch, the material is stretchy enough to accomodate well endowed guys. The only thing I don't love about it is the red and green color combo. I would wear this one in public.

I find that she really likes undies like this. The pouch is fairly generous, and since the soft material has quite a bit of stretch, it will accomodate well endowed guys (I'm almost 8-1/2" long for reference). I love the way they make my butt look too.
I love the pattern and vibrant colors on this one. Between the colors, the print, and the fit, it's sure to attract some attention. It's nicely lined, the matarial feels fairly thick, and it seems pretty well made. I have a 37" waist and purchased the XL, which fits spot-on. It has enough room up front for well endowed guys too, but does not have a pouch that lets your junk hang down, so it's slightly more conservative in that aspect. I thought they were a fantastic buy for the price!

I love these. I first ordered (4) pair XL since these run small and they do not stretch. I liked the fit and the fabric, but they were a little loose. I then ordered (2) pair L and got the fit I was hoping for. I will definitely purchase more of these in the future. They give a nice lift to you boys, so they don’t drop between your legs and get crushed. My one recommendation would be to make the cup shaped pouch a little larger.
