I am a 34 inch waist. So I ordered XL and they fit perfectly. The pouch contains everything in place. Be aware that they are very short shorts, but that was what I wanted. I think they are very good value.

The tights are not good, they are excellent. They fit perfectly and they stay put whether you are walking, jogging or running. Being of two colors, they attract attention. Great to be noticed and great for safety purposes. The white and blue pair seem to draw more attention. The two-tone color is certainly better than the dull solid black or navy blue color. Seobean needs to offer more bright and light colors, such as chartreuse and powder blue. Matched with more reserved colors, these tights would provide an even better up-front view, as well as from behind, for anyone who might be interested.
