Guide to International Delivery 

Please always check that you gave us the exact correct address details when placing your order, as even a tiny error can result in delivery delays. Deliveries are shipped from China, and delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your order. 

These shipping time guidelines below are based on estimates starting from the date your order was collected by shipping carrier. 

 

If your delivery address is in a remote area of FedEx, we will use alternative shipping methods to ship your package, and the delivery time may be extended.

Estimated delivery time varies by destination, FedEx or UPS usually take 5-10 days, China Post usually take 14-28 business days(excluding holidays and weekends), or longer for certain countries. It depends on the cleared payment and your local shipping carrier process.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment (excluding holidays and weekends).If this is your first deal with us or buying for an item which needs international shipping, we suggest you review our shipping terms in descriptions. International shipping usually takes longer time than domestic, since it’s based on shipping service provider and both countries Customs.

Package delays are more likely to occur or be extended in the lead up to festive seasons and key sales periods. If nobody is home to take delivery of your package, local postal guidelines will apply. 

If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee.
